Hey there, I’m Lexa—Lex for short!
My mission is simple: to help you build trust in your body, gain confidence in movement, and create the fitness lifestyle you’ve always wanted.
I’m a Board-Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC), Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and Certified Personal Trainer (CPT). I got my start at Florida Gulf Coast University with a degree in Athletic Training and I’ve been learning and growing ever since.
I’ve had the privilege of working in many different settings: from high school and college sports teams to professional arenas, and even outpatient physical therapy clinics. Each experience taught me something invaluable about how our bodies work, how to prevent injuries, and most importantly how to help people feel empowered in their movement.
And while I love working with athletes, my heart belongs to what I call “lifestyle athletes,” everyday people who want to feel good, get strong, and live life without pain or fear holding them back. Whether that’s picking up your kid without discomfort or walking into the gym without second-guessing yourself, I’m here for all of it.
Progress isn’t about being perfect; it’s about showing up, learning, and celebrating the small wins along the way. As your coach, I’ll be more than just a trainer. I’ll be your guide, your cheerleader, and your partner in this process. Together, we’ll build a foundation of strength and confidence that will stick with you for life.
