Whether you need guided support online, hands-on training in person, or a blend of both, every option is rooted in strong foundations that support lifelong growth.

1:1 Online Coaching

      Start by filling out a short application so I can make sure we’re a good fit and that this style of coaching is right for your goals.

    2. Consultation Call
      If it looks like a match, we’ll schedule a consultation call to talk through your goals, movement experience, schedule, and any concerns.

    3. Get Set Up & Start
      Once we’re aligned, you’ll be onboarded into the coaching app, receive your personalized plan, and we’ll get started!

  • Customized Training Program
    A fully personalized program built around your goals, experience level, and current abilities with ongoing updates as you progress.

    Monthly Check-In (Your Way)
    Each month, you’ll have the option to:

    • Submit a written check-in, or

    • Hop on a 30–45 minute coaching call

    This gives you the flexibility to reflect in a way that works best for you.

    Ongoing Coaching & Support
    You won’t be left on your own between check-ins.
    You’ll receive consistent support throughout the week, including:

    • Proactive coach check-ins

    • Guidance when things feel off

    • Adjustments based on how you’re feeling and progressing

    Direct Messaging Access
    Have a question? Need feedback? Unsure about something?
    You’ll have direct access to me for support, guidance, and reassurance when you need it.

    Exercise Form Feedback & Video Analysis
    Submit your lifts anytime for detailed feedback so you can move with confidence and avoid injury.

    This isn’t just a workout plan. It’s ongoing support, education, and guidance so you can actually understand what you’re doing and why.

    2. Free Consultation
      We’ll schedule a free in-person consultation where we sit down, talk through your goals, movement history, and what you’re looking for in coaching.

    3. Begin Coaching
      From there, we’ll schedule your sessions and start working together with a plan that meets you where you’re at.

    1 on 1 Personal Training:

    1. 30 minute sessions

    2. 45 minute sessions

    3. 60 minute sessions

    4. 75-90 minute sessions

  • 1 on 1 Personal Training:

    1. 30 minute sessions: $25

    2. 45 minute sessions: $30

    3. 60 minute sessions: $40

    4. 75-90 minute sessions: $50

  • You are more than welcome to pay as you go (one session at a time) or buy in bulk and use as needed.

Hybrid Coaching

Strong foundations in session. Lifelong growth between sessions.

Hybrid coaching combines hands-on training with intentional programming for your independent gym sessions, helping you build confidence and consistency beyond our time together.

    • Train with me 1–3x/week in person

    • Get full access to coaching app

    • Follow structured workouts on your independent training days

    • Message me anytime for guidance and support

  • Hybrid Coaching Add-On: $50/month

    (Adds app access, structured programming that compliments your in person training sessions, and coaching communication)
