HEY THERE!
I’m a Board-Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC), Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and Certified Personal Trainer (CPT). I earned my degree in Athletic Training from Florida Gulf Coast University, and I’ve been learning and growing ever since.
Over the years, I’ve worked with high school and college athletes, professional teams, and outpatient physical therapy patients. Each experience taught me how the body adapts, how injuries happen, and how the right guidance can help people move with confidence again.
While I love working with athletes, my heart belongs to what I call “lifestyle athletes.” Everyday people who want to feel stronger, move without pain, and live life without fear holding them back. Whether that means picking up your child comfortably or walking into the gym without second-guessing yourself, I’m here for all of it.
Progress isn’t about being perfect. It’s about showing up, learning, and celebrating the small wins along the way. As your coach, I’m not just here to give workouts. I’m here to guide you, support you, and help you build strength and confidence that lasts far beyond the gym. Because everyone deserves to feel capable in their own body.
